During the current down-turn in profits for many companies, we are all looking for ways to save money.

In 2008 NDB Europe Limited provided consultancy and implementation services to companies that were feeling the credit crunch. Reviewing IT, communications and Quality Infrastructure can result in huge savings. Allowing an external party to review your infrastructure is certainly worthwhile; we have set a benchmark by cutting communication costs within our own company.

What's even better is that NDB does not charge for initial consultation, so you really have nothing to lose - but a lot to gain!

The Consultancy Process

After an initial phone conference, our consultants will meet you at your place of work to discuss your current infrastructure. The consultancy will encompass a full review of your current network, communications and operating costs. At this stage, our consultants liaise with our infrastructure specialists, who will outline large shortfalls and suggest plans (which include hardware, software and human resourcing) which could help make your business more efficient.

After another meeting, a project plan is created and reviewed. The process, from initial phone meeting to a review of the project plan, is usually completed with two weeks.

Upon acceptance of the project plan, the required hardware and software is purchased and delivered to the NDB Europe Limited offices in Hull. The equipment is thoroughly tested to meet our strict guidelines and assessments. After we are happy that everything is functioning correctly (within specified timelines), you will be invited to the office to review the equipment and test at your leisure. Once you are completely happy, the test phase is signed and moves to the implementation stage.

At the implementation stage, it is decided how long the installation will take, and initial dates outlining user training will be created.

After installation is completed, user training begins. We will supply you with relevant user guides and train staff to show how to get the most out of the installation.

Once the project plan is complete; we will check in with you at regular intervals. If a maintenance plan is in place, a review of these plans will take place at set intervals.
