This agreement enables you to receive the Sky service, the Sky+ service and the Sky+ HD service at the offshore installation premises on the contracts form for the exhibition of those services via Sky in room service in your cabins and communal areas (if applicable).
It is a requirements by Sky TV that a minimum fee is charged to all customers in accordance with the Sky terms and conditions of contract. You must pay to NDB Europe for the full term of subscription in advance; calculated in accordance with the conditions of contract ("the subscription payment"). Payment due to NDB Europe under this Offshore installation agreement will be invoiced by NDB Europe in accordance with NDB Europe's current accounting practice from time to time. As at the date hereof, NDB Europe's accounting practice is to invoice for the full term of contract or subscription before commencement of your Sky service. NDB Europe will give written notice of any change in its accounting practice.
The full amount due for the contract must be received and processed by our bank before your Sky service can be activated.
We are allowed to increase your charges or change the pricing structure at any time on giving you at least 30 days notice. Charges are usually changed when Sky raise or lower charges for subscriptions.

Support services such as signal disruption, technical issues with your network, and sky equipment are not covered by this agreement.
The Sky in room service enables you to put a Sky box in every room or cabin. with the same channel choices that you have under your chosen option. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment need for the Sky in room service.
When you subscribe to the HD Pack the channels you receive will be dependent on whether your channels option chosen contains the equivalent standard definition channel.
